Please note that if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, you will still receive operational and service messages from us regarding the services or products you bought from us and responses to inquiries made to us and we may hold your details on a suppression list so we don't send you marketing communications in the future.

• Keeping track of your specified preferences. This allows us to honor your preferences, such as whether or not you would like to see interest-based ads. You may set your preferences through your account.

• Conducting research and diagnostics to improve eZkrt's content, products, and services.

• Delivering content, including ads, relevant to your interests on eZkrt and third-party sites.

 EZkrt Grocery cookies allow you to use eZkrt Grocery's essential features. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping   Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any eZkrt Grocery products and services that require you to sign in.

Approved third parties may also set cookies when you interact with eZkrt Grocery services. These include search engines, providers of measurement and analytics services, social media networks, and advertising companies. Third parties use cookies to deliver content, including ads relevant to your interests, measure the effectiveness of their ads, and perform services on behalf of eZkrt.

eZkrt Grocery services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. We provide ad companies with information that allows them to serve you with more valuable and relevant eZkrt Grocery ads and to measure their effectiveness. For example, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and data about that event so that you will not be served an ad to download the app again. 15. For Sellers - No Spam, Spyware, or Spoofing 

We, along with our users, maintain a strict policy against spam. Please configure your eZkrt communication preferences to ensure communications are tailored to your preferences. You are expressly prohibited from adding other eZkrt users, including those who have purchased items from you, to your mailing lists (whether email or physical mail) without their explicit consent.

To report spam or spoof emails related to eZkrt Grocery, please forward the email to queries@ezkrtgrocery.com. You may not use our communication tools to disseminate spam or any content that violates our User Agreement.

Messages sent through our communication tools are automatically scanned and may be manually reviewed to detect spam, viruses, phishing attempts, and other malicious or prohibited content. However, we do not permanently store such messages.

If you send an email to an unregistered email address via tools such as Refer-a-Friend, we do not retain the email or utilize the address for marketing purposes. We do not rent or sell email addresses collected through these tools under any circumstances.
